I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients who have experienced trauma and other distressing life experiences. EMDR helps clients get "unstuck" from old negative beliefs that are holding them back. I use Emotion Focused Therapy to help clients understand themselves and their relationships through the lens of Attachment.
