I have specialized training in play therapy, EMDR, CBT, EMDR in play therapy, and incorporate many other modalities such as expressive art, sand tray, mindfulness based techniques, music, and other activities. Areas of specialization include anxiety, self-worth, trauma, school issues, grief, adoption, and depression.
Continuing on this journey towards inner peace can be uncomfortable, maybe even scary. 2023 Summer Middle School Girls Group
This group is focused on the transition from elementary to middle school. Participants will connect with others, explore and process emotions, develop and practice social skills, and develop healthy coping skills for a new school year. The group will begin Monday, June 5th 2023 and run for 8 weeks.
