I have had several years experience working with adults and couples impacted by stress, anxiety, depression and substance use disorder. Prior to working in private practice, I worked at a non-profit rehabilitation center. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities through a trauma-informed lens to encourage holistic healing and wellness.
