Anxiety, depression, and existential dread make living incredibly difficult by yourself. One way to combat these threats is to work with one another to determine what you can change for yourself. I use Gestalt therapy, LGBQTA+ friendly, trauma-informed and do some faith based counseling to help clients with navigating their experiences in treatment.
