Aug 22 Update: Currently have Tues and Wed openings. I work with adults seeking help with a variety of life stressors or mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety (including fears, worry, panic, and social anxiety), stress management, disordered eating, trauma, sleep issues, adjustment difficulties, and work/life balance. Depending on your unique needs and situation, I integrate strategies from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, DBT skills, CBT for Insomnia, CBT for Chronic Pain, and CPT for PTSD.
My approach is warm, open, and collaborative, and I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and accepting environment where we can explore your present concerns, values, and goals. This may include exploration of repeated patterns, understanding the impact of previous life experiences, and/or practicing new skills.
