I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Prior to earning my Master's I worked for 15 years in Somatic Re-Education Therapy, helping clients release trauma through the nervous system. From 2009 - 2016 I trained mindfulness intensively under a spiritual teacher, with tools for creating a wholly new experience of life.
I learned a long time ago that insight without kindness can do more harm than good, so I lean in with acceptance, safety, and unconditional positive regard. Whatever you are going through there is a way through, and we will figure it out together.
