Hello! I am a LICSW in private practice (currently telehealth only) seeing adults for individual therapy. I work with individuals coping with eating disorders/body image issues, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. I am passionate about working with you to identify your inner critic and work on being more compassionate to yourself in order to create the life you want to live. I work in an interactive, compassionate and nonjudgmental way with clients to help them examine their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and set reasonable treatment goals.
I have worked in an eating disorder treatment center in Boston as well as a private group practice and practice from a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective. In session, I utilize elements of CBT, ACT, and Internal Family Systems therapy to help clients identify and respond to emotions and thought patterns.
