I’m Sarah, a psychodynamic and relational therapist. Our sessions are a safe place where we work together to help explore your current thoughts, feelings, emotions, and past experiences. I create warm, genuine environments you can feel safe to be your true self and we can identify your specific strengths, challenges, needs, and goals. Working collaboratively we get to focus on building self understanding, improving your life, overcoming challenges, and have a few laughs on the way.
I specialize in women’s issues, anxiety, body image, disordered eating, sexual violence, as well as many other life stressors. Having worked with teens and young adults I also have vast experience working with the challenges of transitional periods and the effects of media on self-image and self-esteem.
As a person and a therapist, I value body and sex-positivity, as well as anti-oppressive practice. Combining my own clinical experience along with your expertise about your own life and self, we will work together towards growth and healing.
