Life tends to show up whether we are ready or not, and I specialize in helping individuals process and deal with those situations. I understand the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship that is genuine and promotes growth. My ideal client will value my supportive yet direct approach as they are ready to make changes in their lives and be the best version of themselves. My diverse experience and education have allowed me to gain knowledge of working with people struggling with eating disorders, substance abuse, emotional disturbance, low self esteem, assertiveness training, mood instability, and survivors of sexual assault. This eclectic experience has maximized growth potential within the therapeutic relationship.
I utilize reality therapy and choice theory that does not dwell on the past but how to live in the present and not allow the past to stunt growth or dictate the future. Currently I use video conferencing so that you can have treatment from wherever you are most comfortable. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to become the best version of yourself.
