I have extensive experience working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships/family dynamics, stress and unhealthy coping skills, emotional regulation, and grief and loss. I use CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions and strategies grounded in neuroscience to support and empower clients.
