My approach integrates CBT and strength-based therapies to empower clients. Through CBT, I help identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, fostering healthier perspectives. Strength-based techniques highlight resilience, focusing on individual assets and positive attributes. This combined method cultivates self awareness & enhances overall wellbeing.
