Therapy is different for everyone, whether you need a couple of sessions or something more, I use a client centered approach. You may require working on restructuring thoughts, grief/loss, lessening anxiety, navigating depression or processing trauma, I will offer the correct therapeutic modality to obtain a new found life of satisfaction and sense of calm.
