I predominantly draw upon trauma informed and relational culturally based interventions. This approach allows me to use a holistic lens to help you deepen your understanding of your emotions and experiences within the broader systems that surround you.
My work involves supporting survivors of domestic violence, intergenerational trauma, depression, anxiety, and those wanting to explore their racial identity.
