Welcome-I'm so glad you're here! I work with individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety, life transitions, and past trauma. Maybe you have found yourself on my page because you recognize that something is not working in your life and you are wanting to make changes. You deserve the space to heal and understand patterns in your life that might be causing stress, anxiety, loneliness, depression or strains in relationships. Life is not meant to just be survived, it is to be experienced to the fullest potential and we can discover that in the therapy room!
If you are struggling with OCD, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, I might be the right therapist for you! My style in the therapy room is to go further than “just talking” and provide ERP, EMDR, and ACT therapy and tools to support you outside of the therapy room. I provide therapy both in person or through telehealth depending on client's preference.
