Your boundaries could use some work. Your self-talk is more negative than positive. Your inner critic is loud. Your self worth and esteem are not where you'd like it to be. You're not fully living in your values and can't seem to understand why you keep hurting yourself through self-sabotage and broken promises in the process. BUT you're ready to do something different. You're ready to make change in your life. I see you, and I want to help you to help yourself get out of these negative cycles. If you're reading this, you're already considering that you may need support. Whatever it is, you don't have to carry this weight alone.
From my experience working with trauma, eating disorders, substance use, and attachment issues, I've learned to look at the client as a whole. I utilize a holistic and person-center therapy style, taking a mind/body/soul approach through the use of inner child work, IFS, ACT, CBT, somatic embodiment, and other therapies depending on the needs of each client.
My hope is that together we can uncover the root issues of your concerns and guide you down a path to a healthier and more satisfying life. I firmly believe that anyone can change for the better if they learn how to and are motivated to challenge existing beliefs. I would be honored to walk down this healing path with you. (NEW practice opening October 1st!)
