I have experience working with couples navigating difficulties in their relationship, including non-monogamous relationships. If you are experiencing difficulties relating to sexuality, sexual dysfunction, or sexual identity, you have come to the right place.
I use a non-judgemental, sex-positive approach to understanding the challenges you are facing. It is important to me that my clients feel they can be open. While I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, I know that there is no one-size-fits-all model of treatment. I incorporate mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and examine attachment bonds.
