Life is hard enough to figure out on your own. Fortunately therapy with me provides a space to feel safe in dealing with your problems and helps you develop resources to solve these.
My speciality is working with clients who struggle with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Many who struggle with this often feel unseen and embarrassed by their rituals that they must do. I present a way to break the cycle of OCD through nonengagement. This road is difficult but through hard work it is possible to not let OCD rule your life.
