As a certified sex therapist and Gottman Level 2 counselor, I enjoy helping couples work through intimacy and communication issues.
With a client-centered approach a wide range of techniques are utilized to meet specific needs. A combination of CBT, DBT, mind-body techniques (mindfulness training and yoga therapy) and expressive art create a path for healing and holistic wellness. Our office also offers professional nutrition consultation from a certified psychology of eating expert.
