Some of those techniques include CBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Therapy and Play Therapy.
Our practitioners have a wide rage of knowledge, experience and training working with diverse populations. Our fully virtual practice allows easier access to therapy for those that want to engage in and continue therapy within their very busy lives. We do our best to remove the road blocks that keep us from getting the support and help we need.
