I am therapist who is certified as an adoption competent therapist. I provide mental health therapy and parent coaching for parents, teens, and young adults who live with neurodivergence and/or have experienced relational trauma. My work is informed by polyvagal and attachment theories as well as interpersonal neurobiology, and relational neuroscience.
