Hello, I specialize in working with Complex Trauma and Anxiety through a Holistic Somatic Based approach. I also utilize EMDR. I have extensive training in understanding the neurobiological effects of trauma and primarily use this training and approach for the majority of client issues whether it be trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues and so on. Many of my clients find this approach intuitive, relatable, and empowering. I work very collaboratively with my clients. Everyone has wisdom within themselves to heal. Together, we will learn how to tap into that wisdom and use it effectively for healing now & overall resilience.
I utilize a holistic mind-body approach and work in a collaborative manner. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing and am in the certification process with Peter Levine’s Trauma Institute. I am also an EMDRIA trained EMDR provider. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is also deeply integrated into my holistic approach.I am currently providing primarily Telehealth.
