I will help you manage the here-and-now of your struggles with drugs or alcohol, but we'll also work on healing any issues, like trauma, that could be contributing to your use so that you can start to live a more joy-filled, meaningful life. Addiction does NOT have hold you back forever.
I'm all about solutions that are practical and effective, but I've also got a reputation for being creative and thinking outside the box. I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all because your story and your healing journey are unique to you!
Often, clients feel ashamed for their struggles, but I honestly admire and respect my clients so much for taking steps to get better.
