As a therapist with 14 years experience I know how to guide clients to use their own strengths while coping with life's difficulties. I have successfully treated clients struggling to manage stress, childhood trauma or other mental health diagnoses. I can help you reach your goals in life by encouraging you to go beyond the present and begin to create a healthy lifestyle.
I specialize in treating trauma, addiction and mental health difficulties. Along the way, I began helping clients with brain injuries learn to enjoy life in a new way. During sessions I provide my knowledge and skills but I believe it is working as a team that helps clients appreciate their own unique abilities to begin moving forward in life.
