Tracy Goergen is an associate marriage and family therapist with a background in children and family systems. Tracy earned her MA in Marriage and Family therapy at Alliant University San Diego and her BA in Psychology at California State University Northridge. She is practicing currently under the supervision of Ari Gartin, LMHC. Tracy previously worked as a school therapist with children ages 6-13 along with their families and has experience working with different cultures, demographics, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Tracy takes a collaborative approach to therapy and wants you to be as involved in the process as she is.
Through therapeutic models like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Tracy will help find what works for you and your healing journey.
Tracy is also passionate about working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence, childhood and/or sexual trauma, and PTSD related to other traumatic events. In addition to trauma work, Tracy is very experienced in working with eating disorders.
