My ideal client is one who knows that they’re ready for change. Change can be tough, so they realize that the cycles and habits that they’ve formed have been harmful to their potential. Their goals include finding themselves and wanting to reach peak acceptance. A client that is serious about exploration when it comes to creating new chapters in their lives.
One of my main specialties is that I focus on analytical and narrative techniques. We will break down your inner workings, your perspectives, along with your needs. In a safe and non judgmental way, we will start your healing journey to self love.
In my practice, I come from a place of healing myself. I have survived not only my own inner thoughts but trauma of many natures. I am a proud recovering addict, a proud mother of two grown sons and a proud messer upper. I have failed and risen many times. I am not just a therapist but fully practice my techniques daily.
