I offer experience and passion for helping people navigate their own path to mental health. I am a trauma informed therapist who specializes in facilitating healing and growth after exposure to toxic stress and traumatic experiences. I enjoy working with clients who have experienced adversity in childhood, have been involved in foster care or child protection, or have experienced other interpersonal stresses across the life span. I also enjoy working with individuals with diverse identities and bodies.
I utilize a bio-psycho-social approach to mental health treatment which means I use a holistic approach. I can provide evidence based interventions integrated according to the needs of the person. I offer CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, as well as activities like yoga, movement, and mindfulness to help clients build adaptive responses to stress.
