Grace Counseling is an outpatient mental health and substance use treatment program with facilities in Fort Worth, Lewisville, and Texarkana, Texas. In addition to offering mental health counseling, we offer a substance use intensive outpatient program (IOP), made up of both individual and group therapy for persons struggling with addiction. We utilize evidence based therapeutic approaches to address issues of addiction in order to assist clients and families in their recovery journey.
