Sustainable Outpatient Addiction Treatment
We have been providing intensive outpatient treatment, groups individual and couple therapy in the Greater Dallas area since 1999 for adult clients who both step down from residential programs, from detox, and for primary treatment appropriate for this level of care. Our staff consists of Master's level trained, experienced counselors licensed in the field of addiction. Our IOP is structured to meet 3 times weekly for 8 weeks with focus on understanding addiction as a brain-based illness and to help clients learn to cope with moving from a reactive to a proactive process of recovery. We utilize group, individual, and family therapy to help clients develop the coping skills to prepare clients to engage in long term recovery. Treatment Schedule
We meet on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in Plano and Monday, Wednesday and Friday In Dallas and have both evening programing from 5:30pm to 8:30pm and morning programming from 9:00am to 12pm. We help clients work to 12 step or additional support group integration in the community and have family meetings with the clients every Friday evening along with the client. Our intake process for our program begins with an initial structured assessment in which we determine the appropriate level of care to begin treatment and to also screen for any dual diagnosis issues that may need help. Sustained Recovery Aftercare Process
We provide one year of weekly 1.5 hour Sustained Recovery Aftercare Group, ongoing drug testing post treatment, family couples group, a recovery phone app with recovery coaching to help maintain structure, accountability, and needed additional assessment of care following completion of IOP. We do this for one year at affordable rates for one year post IOP completion. Research has shown nationally that continued follow-up for a period of consistent 12 step/support group meetings in tandem with completion of continuing care is showing as high as 90% stabilized recovery rates. Ongoing commitment to treatment support post IOP or residential care is crucial to establishing a bridge to long term recovery. Proper Sustained Recovery Structure is key to stopping the revolving door to expensive multiple treatments.
