In Order of the Phoenix, it was super satisfying whenever Hermione challenges Umbridge in Defense Against the Dark Arts class. She pushes enough to prove her point while not breaking any rules, so Umbridge can't give her detention. (Unlike Harry, who interrupts and yells; of course you're getting detention again!)

My favorite is when Hermione tells Umbridge she's read the whole book, and Umbridge asks her a super random question. Of course Hermione recites the answer correctly. ... Umbridge is impressed, "against her will."

In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, you can see Hermione looking at the hair that falls on her clothing. Later on, she uses that hair in the polyjuice potion. You can see just how clever Hermione is from this scene.

    From IMDB:

In the opening of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, when Hermione is called down to tea, we can hear her parents talking about Australia along with an announcer, presumably on the television, talking about a countryside. This is a reference to the book, in which Hermione says she not only wiped herself from her parents' memories but gave them new identities and made them think that they'd love nothing more than to move to Australia, which we presume that they do.

This scene in the movie when Hermione has to erase her parents' memories is so well done and so powerful. Seeing the pain on Hermoine’s face as she obliviates her parents' memories and watching her disappear from the family photos really shows you how much she sacrifices. Then watching her walk away, it’s a great start to the movie.

In Godric's Hollow, when Hermione created a wreath of Christmas roses on James' and Lily's grave ... just trying to comfort Harry while knowing or expecting them to be in danger. She was such a good friend to him.

I love when she presents the coins to the members of the DA and everyone is seriously impressed with her skill level. Like, we, the readers, knew how talented she was and I never thought anyone else doubted her. But they were seriously impressed. Then she tells us a little bit about her sorting and how the hat was almost going to put her in Ravenclaw.

In Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, in an earlier scene, where Hermione confronts Malfoy, a very tiny hand could be briefly seen inside the stone gate. Later, a time-travelled Hermione hides at the exact location, watching her previous confrontation.

In the book, when she goes off on Harry and tells him what she and Ron have done in order to do this with him made me tear up. She was never embarrassed to be Muggle born and didn't care what people thought about her life because she was always going to become someone who makes a difference.

In Harry Potter and the Prisoner Of Azkaban, every time Hermione appeared in class out of nowhere, we can actually see her time turner around her neck, which she usually hides in the next shot.

    • Photo:

    From IMDB:

Costume designer Jany Temime wanted to establish a color scheme for the outfits of each the three main characters to further define the characters' personalities. Harry's clothes consisted of neutral colors such as grey, white, and black, as she felt Harry wasn't entirely comfortable in his skin and therefore would not wear bright colors. Ron's clothes consisted of warmer tones such as brown, orange, and red, reflecting the fact that his mother used to knit sweaters for him and the style still is in him. Hermione's color scheme, consisting of blue, pink, and beige, was meant to balance out Harry's and Ron's colors and also to show a bit of Hermione's feminine side.

    She's Self-Conscious About Her Hair

    From Redditor u/EQUASHNZRKUL:

In Harry Potter and Prisoner of Azkaban, when Hermione sees herself in the past, she makes a comment about her hairstyle, which she's had throughout the entire series. In her first scene in Goblet of Fire, she's changed it.

In Harry Potter and the Order Of Phoenix, while training, we see that Hermione's patronus is an otter and Ron's patronus is a Jack Russell terrier. This is a hint to their future relationship as Jack Russell Terriers are known for chasing small animals like otters.
