The legendary villain from the Austin Powers movies, Dr. Evil, emerged from his lair to visit the 'Tonight Show' host Jimmy Fallon on the eve of the 2018 midterm elections.

Dr. Evil, portrayed by actor Mike Myers, was appearing on the show as a congressional candidate.

"Is that you," Fallon asked.

"No, it's white Cory Booker," Dr. Evil joked, referring to the Democratic Party senator from New Jersey.

Fallon asked Dr. Evil why he was running for Congress.

"Originally I was hoping for Brett Kavanaugh's job, but Trump said I was too even-tempered for that," Dr. Evil explained.

He said he was running as an Evilitarian and that the party's "ultimate goal is to 'Make American Evil Again.'"

Dr. Evil also offered his thoughts on Donald Trump, Jr.
