A group of spring breakers are enjoying the trip of a lifetime on the sandy beaches of Mexico. As the sun rises after a night of partying, they steal a couple of jet skis and race out to sea. But bravado and bad decisions lead to a terrifying accident. Stranded miles from shore, the true horror begins when the group realizes they've drifted into shark-infested waters. With no way back and one friend badly bleeding, the group must quickly figure out how to survive the predator lurking in the waters below.

Uh I jus don't like it tbh, the pacing is terrible and the characters do the dumbest shit ever the movie literally could've been done in 15 minutes but noooooo the plot jus had to be terrible like the characters are so dumb even my lil cousins survive ts waste of my time 🤦🏾🤦🏾

This isn't Jaws, or Piranha, or 47 Meters Down, or The Shallows, or even Sharknado... so it's got some knocks against it from the start and is going to have a hard time winning over audiences with cgi sharks. Five people stuck on a jet-ski in shark infested waters, it's basically the plot of Jaws II, minus Chief Brody and a bigger boat, and the shark is more successful here... so that's a plus. Shark horror is intense... but there are some believability issues here, or lack thereof, and the acting is... not good. This couldn't even get the title right, also known as Shark Bay.

Surprisingly not horrible. Ya that acting and reasons for being there are stupid, but that is like any B movie. But the shark scenes and jump scares were surprisingly well done.
