Dual Property Buy Out

Celebrate a special event – whether it is a small wedding, corporate or wellness retreat, bachelorette party or family reunion. Enjoy 3 nights accommodations for up to 42 people with private access to the beach, sauna, yoga studio or indoor gathering space, and firepit areas. 

Our 3-night minimum buyout package includes accommodation for a group up to 42, cleaning and 1 time event fee, firewood, and exclusive use of property grounds.

Please note: We do book out buyouts up to 18 months in advance, so please reach out if you are interested in hosting your next memory here.

Looking to host a smaller event?
Accommodates 42

Between the 12 cabins, sleep up to 42 guests comfortably. Pricing depends on season, with all rooms charged at full occupancy, plus our cleaning fee and an added event fee. Inquire for pricing during the dates you are interested.

Public Amenities, Now Private

Exclusive use of sauna, firepits, yoga studio or indoor gathering space, and beachfront. All events incur a one time event fee of $1000, in addition to our cleaning charges.

Leave No Trace

Remove shoes indoors, wash dishes, return supplies to their original cabin, avoid glitter and confetti-like materials, and haul your own event trash and recycling offsite, or pay an extra fee to haul out any overflow dumpster.

DIY Venue

Our ceremony beachfront is currently undeveloped - so we do not have easy access to electricity on the beach if you are looking to do a small ceremony or photos there. We have a list of recommends wedding planners, vendors, event coordinators to make your special day authentically you.

Respect the Serenity

If you are hosting a private event at our properties, we ask that you respect our quiet hours after 11 pm. We are a small coastal community, and we want to respect mother nature.

Parking

Parking is limited, and the street is narrow. Please do not park on the street, and keep it open for our neighbors and emergency vehicles to pass through.

50% Deposit Upfront

50% deposit is due up front and remaining balance due January 1st of the event year. Need to cancel an event? Full refunds available for cancellations at least 90 days before a scheduled event.

Hosting a Bigger Party?

We can only allow events up to 60 guests. For larger groups, contact our neighbors at Miller's Landing. Salted Roots may be the perfect place to house the bride and groom.

Half Property Buy Out

Salted Roots Buyout

Accommodation up to 24 guests. Events up to 35 guests. Private use of sauna, firepit area, and ceremony beach platform. $500 event fee plus full occupancy of 5 cabins.

Rustic Roots Buyout

Accommodations up to 18 guests. Events up to 25 guests. Private use of yoga studio or indoor gathering space, backyard patio, firepits, and ceremony beach platform. $500 event fee plus full occupancy of 3 seaside cabins and 4 greenhouse units.

Elopement Package

Wedding Commissioner

Includes up to an hour with a wedding commissioner, vow preparation, paperwork filing with the state, and private beach ceremony with an officiant and witness. $300 value, 2 nights minimum accommodation arranged separately.

Wedding Photographer

Includes 1 hour with wedding photographer Emily Jordan, with a minimum of 50 high-quality digital images, all the printing rights, unlimited downloads, print shop access & sharable digital album. $450 value. 2 nights minimum accommodation arranged separately.
