Staff Selection Commission Declaration of Result of Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Examination, 2012

Combined Graduation Level (Tier-I) Exam. 2012 was held on 1st & 8th July, 2012 at various centers scattered all over the country. As per information available with the Commission, 9,67,474 candidates appeared in this examination.

There are no common candidate between List I and II/List III. There are 1849 common candidates between List II and List III. 3. There are total 50030 candidates figuring in List-I (48059) and List III (all 1971) who are eligible for appearing in Paper-III of Tier-II for the post of Stat.Investigator/Compiler and have opted for these posts in their applications or left the post options blank. List-I has a column indicating YES in the case of candidates qualifying for Paper-III as per their option. 4. The number of candidates provisionally qualified for different papers of TierII Examination are as under:

Candidates qualified for Paper-III for the post of Statistical Investigator/Compiler to note that they should appear in Paper-III only if they possess the educational qualification prescribed for the post. Category/post preference have been taken from the unverified data received from regional offices. Candidates whose post preference was Blank were considered for all the Lists without prejudice to not considering them at later stages as per Notice of the Examination. It is important for the candidates belonging to reserved category for whom certain percentage of vacancies is reserved as per the policy of the Government, to note that some of them may have been declared eligible for the Tier-II Examination for the specific category mentioned in the result. It is, therefore, in the interest of the candidates concerned to contact immediately the respective Regional Offices of the Commission in all such cases where they do not belong to the categories shown against their roll numbers. 6. Candidates may note that as per notice of the examination and instructions given in the answer sheets, they were required to code/write their particulars correctly and sign answer sheets. Such answer sheets which are without signature and where particulars such as name, roll number, ticket number and Test Form number have been coded incorrectly, have been rejected/awarded ZERO marks. 7. Qualified eligible candidates who do not receive the Admission ticket for the Tier-II Examination at least 7 days before the commencement of the said examination or are unable to download from respective regional office website should immediately contact the respective Regional Office of the Commission. 8. 121307 candidates who have qualified in Tier- I examination are thus eligible for appearing in the Combined Graduate Level (Tier-II) Examination, 2012 which is scheduled to be held on 15.9.2012 and 16.9.2012. 9. Marks of the qualified/non-qualified candidates of Tier-I will be uploaded on SSCs website shortly. Representations received from the candidates about answer keys placed on 12.7.2012 have been carefully examined and answer keys modified wherever their representations were found to be genuine.
