Business Plan Strategy

Introduction

The success in business is always decided/measured by our valued clients. They choose us because they believe in the organisations ability to meet their expectations. Implementation of my business plan strategy: 1. Will be transparent in discussions with potential clients , vis-a-vis the goals of our Policies. 2. Selling of various Policies and investment plans will be tailored to the clients income and his investment needs 3. A promise to all our clients that annually a phone call would be given because I believe personal contact and service is the foundation of an organisations success.

Strategy and Implementation

Sales Target (Assumption): Target: S$10,000-11,000 per month In order to achieve the target sales, from the targeted client base, i.e., Retail and Corporate, I propose the below plan: RETAIL: Target revenue per retail customer per annum: S$1200 Calls per day: 50-55 Success ratio: 3-4 cases per month Yearly revenue retail client yearly: S$50000 Corporate: Target revenue per retail customer per annum: S$7000- 10,000 Calls per day: 5-6 Success ratio: 5-7 cases per year Yearly revenue corporate client: S$ 100,000- 120,000

Future Goals

In the next 3 years I see myself as a Manager bringing a revenue of approximately S$5,00,000-6,00,000 per annum, for the company, with a team of approximately 6-10 people. And in the 5 year period I will head a team of approximately 20-30 people yielding revenue of approximately S$12,00,000 13,00,000, per annum, for the company,. Thus I see myself earning approximately S$2,00,000 4,00,000 per annum, in 3-5 years period.

I assume that my basic salary is S$3000 per month, I should be able to generate the revenue 3 to 3.5 times per month of salary ie S$10,000-11,000 I also will look fwd to enhance my technical and knowledge skills in financial sector as I move along in the company , I look fwd to training and skills
