g) Confirmed barge pre-ballasting in according to calculation and correct ballasting pump setting. h) Confirmed barge mooring i) j) Confirmed actual tide level Confirmed the loadout certificate was obtained from MWS in view of approved for loadout operation
g) Ballasting / de-ballasting will be performed according to the pre-arranged ballasting program. h) Barge level as well as trim and heel shall be monitored continuously (shall be within 1% of barge length and width as per normal standard practice) i) Control clearance between link span and jetty along the operation (10mm minimum, 200mm maximum)
k) After 100% lower down the cargo to support, SPMT will be retrieved back to shore and making to the end of loadout operation.
k) Loadout of ship losses item and seafastening. l) Barge shall be ballasted to sea-towing condition.
m) Installed all seafastening tie-down braces and fully welded with NDE clear. n) Barge final inspection by MWS o) Obtained the Sail-away Certificate from MWS. p) Barge ready for Sail-away to offshore field. q) Barge handover to transportation contractor. r) Sail-away

Platform Decommissioning
Rig to Reef
Artificial Reef providing hard surfaces for encrusting organism such as spiny oysters, barnacles, sponges and corals. A food chain in what becomes a new new marine ecosystem for numerous types of fishes, sharks, sea turtles, spiny spiny lobsters and sea urchins. The fish populations around artificial reefs are so abundant that that many people enjoy going Rig Fishing Fishing or sport fishing to take advantage of the easy catches.
