    DATE: August 20, 2013 I, William Briddell, knowing that false statements on this form are punishable by law, state that the facts contained herein are true. 1. I have probable cause to believe that Tyrone D Taylor, a Black Male DOB: XX/XX/93 Age: 20, committed one or more criminal offense(s). Count 1: Murder In The First Degree (Class A FELONY) RSMo 565.020 ON 8/16/2013 Time: Place: 4700 block of LOUISIANA AVE (SCC 10021) Count 2: Armed Criminal Action (FELONY) RSMo 571.015 ON 8/16/2013 Time: Place: 4700 block of LOUISIANA AVE 2. The facts supporting this belief are as follows: I was informed by a witness that the witness observed the subject Tyrone Taylor standing in the street at the mouth of an alley shooting at A.B. as A.B. rode by on a scooter. The witness indicated that Taylor fired several times and then ran into a nearby residence. A.B. continued on the scooter a few blocks down and collapsed.
