Chocolate Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
300g flour 2g baking powder 90g roasted hazelnut (roughly chopped) 100g caster sugar 200g unsalted butter (softened) 100g icing sugar 100g whole eggs 1.5g salt 200g 65% dark Chocolate (chopped) pod vanilla METHOD: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Sieve flour, baking powder and salt together. Chop the hazelnuts roughly, mix with 100gms of caster sugar. Roughly chop the chocolate. Lightly cream the butter, icing sugar and vanilla seeds. Gradually add the eggs until fully incorporated. Fold in the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in the chopped hazelnuts, caster sugar and chocolate. Spoon onto a non-stick oven tray. Around 3cm round, with about 3cm gap between each biscuit. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool.
