    15 year old Juvenile – Los Osos

    Suspect: ROBINSON, Deleon Marquis 18 years – San Luis Obispo


    EATON, Ryan Douglas 18 years – San Luis Obispo
    SILACCI, Ty Allen 19 years – Paso Robles
    16 year old Juvenile – San Luis Obispo

    On 6/30/09 at approximately 2130 hours officers responded to 105 Mustang to the report of
    an armed robbery. It was reported that suspects entered the residence, one of which
    brandished a handgun. The victims were bound and held against their will while the
    suspects gathered property then fled.

    The San Luis Obispo Police Department Detective Bureau initiated an extensive
    investigation. Based upon evidence recovered by detectives warrants were sought and
    obtained for the arrest of the suspects.

    On 7/15/09 all four suspects were located and placed under arrest for their involvement in
    this crime.

    Suspect, ROBINSON was arrested for Armed Robbery, Conspiracy, and Possession of
    Stolen Property. Suspects EATON, SILACCI and the 16 year old juvenile were arrested
    for Armed Robbery, Conspiracy, False Imprisonment and Burglary.

    The juvenile suspect was booked into the Juvenile County Services Center. The adult
    suspects were booked into County Jail with bail set at $70,000.00.
