    A&E has announced a new reality televi-
    sion series starring Michael Jackson‘s sur-
    viving brothers. The ‘Jackson Family Dy-
    nasty‘ was inspired by a one-hour docu-
    mentary special filmed prior to the famed
    singer’s death. Show details are scarce, but
    starring in the project will be Jackie, Jer-
    maine, Marlon and Tito Jackson.

    The number of episodes, air date and


    whether any footage of Michael will be in-
    cluded in the series have not been released.

    Entertainment Tonight aired footage of


    the original documentary, ‘The Jackson
    Family’, on Tuesday. It included Jackie,
    Jermaine and Tito as well as their mother
    Katherine. The footage was aired without
    A&E’s consent.

    The documentary, which inspired the


    new series, included “unprecedented ac-
    cess” to the Jackson family at the start of
    their “most personal album and tour” with
    unseen footage and interviews. A network
    spokesperson confirmed the new show is
    currently in production.

    Meanwhile, a pair of MJ tribute concerts


    are being planned by his brothers. Tito
    Jackson will perform in the Virgin Islands
    on Aug. 29 in celebration of what would
    have been Michael’s 51st birthday. Another
    concert is being planned by Jermaine Jack-
    son in Vienna, Austria on Sept. 26 and is in-
    tended to be an annual event. U2, Madon-
    na, Lionel Richie and Whitney Houston are
    rumored to be performing.
