    Arrived at Logistics base and picked-up toolbox and spare parts box.

    Went to NITC jetty and travelled to DPFG platform.

    Completed work permit, bled all pressure from tree and started operations on choke (P/N WCC40-80000094 S/N E62520-1-1) of well D104-WI X-mass tree S/N 30000340 N5 60004912. Opened bonnet
    and outer cage came also. Found scratches on outer cage and inner cage broken. Found foreign
    parts in outer cage void (see picture 1). This appeared to be a piece of control line. Changed all cages
    and seals. Rebuilt choke CC40 with new outer cage (P/N 2052877-01 REV B01 S/N 45038488-2-4)
    and inner cage (P/N 2052879-01 REV B01 S/N 45039505-001). Installed new bonnet gasket.
