    We respectfully request approval for our logistics provider Sunbo Logistics
    Philippines, Inc. Covering the following services that it will render to Shimano
    Philippines, Inc.
    1.Approval for Sunbo's Kian Chye Lee to handle all documents process in PEZA
    HQ and FPIP Zone;
    2.To approve Sunbo's Broker to process E-Konek uploading, approval and
    import permitting processes;
    3.To secure PEZA Resolution 8112 condition of Cargo mover handle by Sunbo
    81.05 for Internal Transfer & 8106 for Goods out of Zone
    4.Approval for the handling of Import Forwarding Handling For PEZA & Custom
    by Sea, Air & Land
    5. Approval for handling of Export Forwarding Handing For PEZA & Custom by
    Sea, Air & Land
    6.Approval for deal and arrangement with Shipping , Air carrier & Land Transport
    company;
    7.Approval for handling Import Machinery from Oversea to Shimano Philippines,
    Inc. Including unloading & Set up
    8. Approval for handling of Importation,sale or Rental of Warehouse Equipment,
    Raw Material ,Single Part to Shimano Philippines, Inc.
    9. Approval for handling of Warehouse in coming and storage for Material ,
    Single Part & GP Goods
    10.Approval for handling of Warehouse in-coming Finished Good for storage
    11. Approval for handling of Warehouse outgoing Finished Good exportation
    arrangement , stuffing, haulage, and booking vessel
    12. Approval for handling of Warehouse Operation as Racking, Forklift, Wrapping
    Machine,Pallet Repairs, Operation Manpower.
    13.Approval for the handling of Warehouse Management Systems including
    Systems Application, Server,PC , Printer & Scanner
