    1. Making and sending quotations as per standard guidelines given by Sales Director.
    2. Keeping track of the overseas shipments in coordination with the operations department in the office and factory.
    3. Keeping the agents posted on the status of shipments.
    4. Following up on the payments with the agents overseas.
    5. Doing skype conference with the overseas agents.
