    COMPROMISE AGREEMENT, QUITCLAIM AND RETURN OF

    PROPERTY
    THE PARTIES, __________________ represented by his attorney-in-fact,
    _________________ and _____________________, most respectfully submit the
    Compromise Agreement as follows:
    1. For the resolution of the instant case and to avoid further inconvenience among the
    parties, ________________________ represented by his attorney-in-fact,

    2. The plaintiff agreed to pay to defendant the said amount by
