I agree for the most part. There are things I could of done better. I would change the lesson by showing everyone how
to do each lift properly, and I would show them the proper way to spot someone while doing the lifts. I could have been
more organized and split the class by partner them up so there was only two per group. I could of done a better lesson
by being more organized and showing them examples to make sure they all know how and what they were supposed
to do. I can take there suggestion and apply them to my lesson to help make my lesson more dynamic. This lesson has
taught me more about what muscular strength is and what it takes to do a lesson on this subject.
