XII. BIOGRAPHIES
Dr. Jinxi Ma (M'91, SM'00) was born in Shandong, P. R. China in
December 1956. He received the B.Sc. degree from Shandong
University, P. R. China, and the M.Sc. degree from Beijing University
of Aeronautics and Astronautics, both in electrical engineering, in
1982 and 1984, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in
electrical and computer engineering from the University of Manitoba,
Winnipeg, Canada in 1991.
