Premier League Rules
All 2015-2016 BPL matches will be played on FIFA 16 and season

will start September 27, 2015. This year we are introducing crossplatform matches between the PS4 and Xbox1.
ALL league teams will have to provide FIFA 16 for league games. If
the home team does not provide the necessary FIFA 16 before the
scheduled league match is set for deadline, then the home team
forfeits the match.
All visiting teams will have to play on designated console the home
team provides, any dispute against the chosen home console will
result in the visiting team forfeiting their match.
Each league game has to be played within the week provided in the
League Schedule, new week starts Sunday at 7:01 pm (est.) and
ends the following Sunday at 7:00 pm (est.) . As long as a league
game is started before 7:00 pm of deadline Sunday, the match is
considered valid.
The league teams playing each other the current week have to
mutually agree upon what day, venue, and time the league match
is played. Once the agreed upon match day is chosen, either team
has to state to the GroupChat BPL on when the match will take
place & at the end of every league match a picture of the final
result has to be posted on GroupChat BPL. Home team decides
whether an audience can be invited to their home or not. Silent
rule is removed! BUT you cannot interfere or talk trash directly or
indirectly to the players playing live games or being obnoxious
during game play. ENJOY THE GAME!
Venue for each league match is preferred and will be played at
scheduled Home Teams house. IF by any reason the hosting home
team/visiting team cannot meet each other, a mutual place where
FIFA 16 can be played can be chosen or as a LAST, very last resort,

an online match will be acceptable. If a home or away team will be
on vacation thatll conflict with a match schedule, it must be
notified to the council ahead of time for proper re-make time and
date.
VII.) Each FIFA match played for league games will be set for 5 minute
halves and the difficulty setting will be set on Legendary mode.
UPDATED online rosters must be used during these matches. ONLY
change acceptable is the match ball, the match ball has to be a ball
used in La Liga, Premier League, Bundesliga, Seria A, and Ligue 1.
FIFA 16 also introduces Trainer mode, this mode should be turned
off at all times during league play! NO EXCEPTIONS!
VIII.) If a Red Card is given to your player, that player will be suspended
1 game for the following league match. Only red cards will be
tracked, accumulation of yellow cards throughout the league year
means nothing. Also, the use of the start button will only be used if
the game forces a sub for an injured player on your team or if the
two players decide to pause the game during a dead ball for a sub.
Pausing the game deliberately during the game to gain an
advantage is considered cheating and will result in an automatic
forfeit.
IX.) RELEGATION We are implementing the Relegation rule. The last
two placed teams at the end of the league will be suspended 1 year
from using the team they used during the league. The teams given
up due to relegation will be placed on waiver order for the top 6
placed teams of the league year. If neither top 6 teams choose to
swap out their current teams for the recent relegated teams, then
no other team/player can choose the relegated team moving
forward. If there is a pick up during the waiver process, then the
team traded in for the relegated team will be placed with all the
other clubs that are not being used for the league and that club
can be picked up by anyone placed 7 12th which also be waiver
order and same rules apply for this waiver process.

There will be 3 trophies recognized by the league as major
trophies.
League Trophy Trophy that is won by the team with the most
points at the end of
the league.
Champions Trophy Trophy is handed to the Winner of the
Champions Trophy finals. Only the top 8 teams at the end of
the league qualify for this prestigious tournament. The 8
teams will be placed into 2 groups based off the league
standings. Groups will be divided by odds and even in their
corresponding standings. Top two teams from each group will

advance to the Semis. Group A winner will play 2nd placed team
in Group B and Group B winner will play 2nd placed team in
Group A. The winner from each Semis bracket will move on to
the finals that will be played at a neutral stadium.
FIFA Super Trophy Trophy is handed to the winner of the FIFA
Super Trophy finals. All 12 league teams are eligible to play in
this tournament as long as the entry fee is paid. The entry fee
will be $12.50 and will be placed in the Prize Money bucket. 3 rd
place winner receives $20, 2nd place winner receives $30 and
the Grand Prize of $100 will go to the 1st place winner. Since
there will be 12 teams for this tournament, we will follow the
Copa America/Gold Cup style of tourney. 3 groups of 4, with all
top 2 teams from each group and top two 3rd place teams
advancing to the Quarter Finals. This will not have aggregate
style of play, one game in knockout stage and winner moves on
to the next phase. This final will be played at a neutral
stadium.
XI.)
The league will also have a Council set in place to rule on major
decisions that is best for the league. The council will consist of
Oscar, Anthony, Luis L., Joey, and Christian L. All league rules or
changes submitted to the council will be put to a vote, majority
rules. All league rules stated are in place and are not up to change
during mid season but all recommendations and or ideas are
welcomed and will be reviewed by the council at the end of league
year.
