    Acknowledgement
    After completion of work and having enjoyed every bit of it, I finally, take this
    opportunity to thank all, who have motivated, guided and helped me in undertaking this
    wonderful journey. There are also many who have tolerated my apparent indifference
    towards them as I was fully immersed in my work for countless days.
    There were initial hiccups about the area and exact scope of work to focus on, but I
    remain indebted to my mentors for opening a window of opportunities in the arena of analog
    integrated circuits. It is indeed an honour for me to have Dr. Neeta Pandey and Prof.
    Sajal.K.Paul as supervisors. They have been extremely kind and helpful in giving their
    valuable time and suggestions whenever the contours of my research work needed clarity. I
    was inspired by their analytical abilities, knowledge of this chosen field and focused
    approach. I owe the present work solely to their efforts and benevolent guidance.
    I am submitting this work with deep sense of gratitude to Prof. Raj Senani a
    stalwart in this field and Prof. A. Bhattacharyya, an eminent scholar; who have shaped the
    careers of countless number of students. Thanks to Prof. Rajiv Kapoor for keeping me lesser
    burdened from the administrative assignments during this period. It is indeed my privilege to
    have Dr. S. Indu and Mr. J. Panda as my collegues, my heartfelt thanks to them for being
    there always.
    My brilliant student brigade comprising of Mayank, Ajay, Sriram, Kaushalendra,
    Saurabh, Mandeep and Manish do need a mention. Their ever inquisitiveness, enthusiasm
    and technical interactions made this journey simply enjoyable. A word of thank to Mrs.Renu
    Gupta, too, for technical support.
    My research work involved significant hours spent in EDC laboratory. Special thanks
    to Mr. Sunil Kumar, Mr.Rajendra Kumar and Mr.Shamsher for making excellent
    arrangements for conducting experiments.
    My father, in heaven, has always been a guiding spirit and inspiring soul, I remain
    indebted to him. I find myself at loss of words to acknowledge support from my mother and
    parents in law for graceful acceptance of my lack of attention towards them. Special credit to
    Kriti and Kush, my children; for their most valuable consent to spend long hours on work. I
    cant thank them enough for being so wonderful and understanding. I wish if I could know
    how to thank my husband; who has always been a cheerful companion and true friend. Your
    unending love, care and trust has always extracted the best out of me. This thesis will always
    remain a special mile stone achieved in my life. It would not have possible without you,
    Himanshu! Thanks for reassuring can do it belief in me.
