Speaking practice for module 14.

Part One. In this part I am going to ask you three short questions
about yourself and your interests. You will have 30 seconds to reply to
each question.
It is probably a good idea to record each answer and upload them one at a time.

3. What would make your job more satisfying?

Part Two. In this part Im going to ask you to describe a picture. Then
I will ask you two questions about it. You will have 45 seconds for
each response.

1. Describe this picture.


2. Why do you think chain style fast food restaurants are popular?
3. Tell me about fast food outlets in your country.

Part Three. I am going to ask you to compare two pictures, and I will
then ask you questions about them. You will have 45 seconds for each
response.
1. Tell me what you see in the two pictures.

2. Which of the two places would be better for a lunch break with a friend?
3. Which of these two places would you like to try in a new city?
Part 4. In this part I am going to show you a picture and ask you three
questions. You will have one minute to think about your answers before you
start speaking. You will have two minutes to answer all three questions. Look
at the photograph.

1. Tell me about what you think the role of a parent is in a childs education.
2. Who has the greatest responsibility for education outcomes, governments,
parents or teachers?

3. How can governments, teachers and parents work together to improve


educational outcomes?
