Description:
Scope was to create Hospital Management, Scheduler, Billing, Inventory
and Reporting application that resides on the salesforce.com platform. The patient module
provides functionality to create and edit patient's details. Assign doctors, nurses, rooms for
procedures. It also provides tracking features like Audit Trails, Communication logs, Alerts and
reports. The scheduler module provides the functionality to create and track appointments for the
patients with doctors for consult, surgery, etc. Doctors could specify there preferred working
hours and also the preferred procedures that they will do at those times. There is also facility to
view unattended appointments etc.
Responsibilities:
Defined lookup and master detail relationships on the objects to establish connectivity
among objects.
Maintain and developed the Custom objects, Custom fields, Custom Tabs and Validation
rules.
Involved in uploading of data through Data Loader.
Involved in Creating Users, Roles, Profiles and Page Layouts in creating Salesforce.com

Description:
Easy Recruitment is a large information technology vendor. Easy recruitment is a custom
application built on Sales Force. The function includes Recruitment and Staffing. There were
five users and their roles were created and profiles were defined. The roles include Recruitment
Manger, Lead Recruiter and Recruiter. Opportunity and Candidate Records are mapped
depending upon the candidate skill sets. Junction objects were created and relationships defined.
Workflows were created and Approval levels were defined. Sharing settings were defined by the
Administrator. Page Layouts, Field level Security and validation rules were created.
Responsibilities:
Experience in administration, configuration, implementation, and support of Sales Force CRM, and Sales
Force SFA applications based on Apex and leveraging Force.com Platform -- world's first commercial
Software as a Service (SAAS) application running in Cloud Computing Environment.
Expertise on Apex in creating Classes SOQL,SOSL, Controllers, Triggers, Web Services, Visual Force
Pages, Components, Custom Objects, S-Controls
Strong hands on writing WSDL, SOAP(web services) that support the Big Machine BMI/SFDC integration.
