Exhibit A, transaction records of its contents to prove the number of alcoholic drinks they ordered for the night of the incident. 2. Exhibit B, the transaction records of, its contents to prove the number of alcoholic drinks they ordered for the night of the incident. 3. Exhibit C, the list of VIP cardholder members and guest attendance, its contents to prove the fact that both complainant and defendant are VIP cardholders and as to the time they went in the club on the night of the incident. WHEREFORE, the defense respectfully prays that the foregoing Exhibits be ADMITTED as proof of the facts therein stated and in support of its case and for all other relevant purposes.
